Do you sell meowboxes?

meowbox is a subscription box full of toys and treats for cats that can be purchased at www.meowbox.com.  Here, at the meowbox shop, we sell individual toys, treats and items from previous meowboxes, as well as other fun goodies for both cats and humans to enjoy!

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, UK, Spain and France using USPS. If you are in another location please email us at humans@meowbox.com and we can likely get an order to you! Fees vary by region and additional taxes/duties may be payable on orders delivered outside of North America.

Please note we do not ship edible items outside of the US & Canada but we can send all of our cat toys and gifts for humans internationally!

Canadian Customers:

Our head office is located in Vancouver, BC!  If you are interested in placing a shop order, check out the meowfest shop which ships from Canada and will have faster shipping. If you can't find what you're looking for there feel free to check with our customer service team at humans@meowbox.com to see if we have any items available to ship direct from our head office.  

How much does shipping cost?

Please note all products and shipping fees are listed in USD on our website.

US: $2.99 for orders under $25. For orders over $25 shipping is free!

Canada: $9.99 USD

For all other regions shipping is calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

All of our products are shipped out of Portland, Oregon (US).

Shipping within the US takes 4-8 business days (most orders are delivered within 5 business days). 

Shipping to Canada takes 8-14 business days in normal circumstances.  Please note we are currently experiencing higher than normal ship times and Canadian orders may experience 1-2 week delays.  We apologize for the inconvenience and are doing our best to solve this issue.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit/debit cards as well as Paypal.

Does meowbox have a physical shop?

At this time, our shop is online only. If this changes in the future, our customers will be the purrrst to know!

Where are items made?

It is important to us that all of the products we sell are high-quality and entertaining for your kitty. Each and every item is carefully researched before making it to our shop. Most edible items are produced in the USA or Canada, and some are made in Thailand. Our toys are designed in the USA or Canada and production is sourced globally. Please consult the product listing to learn more about the manufacturing location of a purrticular item, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

How can I replace a damaged item?

To replace a damaged item, please email us at humans@meowbox.com or call (866) 308-MEOW and we will replace your item.

What is your return policy?

All shop items can be returned within 30 days if they are in their original condition with tags attached.  Please email us at humans@meowbox.com or call (866) 308-MEOW to arrange your return.

How do I sign up for a meowbox?

If your kitties love the goodies in our shop and they are ready for a monthly supply of fun, you can choose the puurrfect subscription for you at meowbox.com!

How does meowbox give back?
