Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, UK, Spain, France & Australia using USPS. If you are in another location please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can likely get an order to you! Fees vary by region and additional taxes/duties may be payable on orders delivered outside of North America.
How much does shipping cost?
For all other regions shipping is calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
All our products are shipped out of Portland, Oregon. Shipping within the U.S. takes 3-6 business days. Shipping to Canada is 6-11 business days.

We accept most major credit/debit cards as well as Paypal.
What does “meowbox Exclusive” mean?
Some products in the shop are labeled as “meowbox Exclusive.” This means that the item was custom-made for meowbox and cannot be found anywhere else!
Does meowbox have a physical shop?
At this time, our shop is online only. If this changes in the future, our customers will be the purrrst to know!
Where are items made?
It is important to us that all of the products we sell are high-quality and entertaining for your kitty. Each and every item is carefully researched before making it to our shop.
All edible items are made in Canada or the United States.
How can I replace a damaged item?
To replace a damaged item, please email us at email@example.com or call (866) 308-MEOW and we will replace your item.
What is your return policy?
All shop items can be returned within 30 days if they are in their original condition with tags attached.
